MOUNT PLEASANT, UT- January 20th, 2015 — Green PolkaDot Box Incorporated [OTC: GPDB] “GPDB” is reporting today that sales in all categories are up sharply through the middle of January, coming in at over $210,000. The blended Gross Margin on sales is higher than 50%. The combined sales as of January 15th exceed 19% above December, suggesting that the Company is likely to earn profit on operations for the first time in its history.
January sales of Appethyl® through Amazon.com have exceeded management’s expectations. After about two weeks of sales, Appethyl® by Green PollkaDot Box is already ranked 942 in Health and Personal Care Sales on Amazon.com and #5 in “Shakes and Powders” sub-category. GPDB is close to establishing additional channels of sales and distribution.
“I’m pleased with the results.” says GPDB CEO, Rod Smith. “But we are just getting started. Customer growth is also trending very high. We added over 950 new customers by mid-month, exceeding projections. A significant portion of the new customer growth is coming through our Health Merchant program.”

Preparations for Up Listing
On separate business front, the Company is in the middle of an audit preparing to become SEC Current. “We are preparing to position GPDB to become fully reporting and to up list to a major exchange later this year,” says Smith. “We believe 2015 is our ‘break out’ year and we will be a candidate for a Re-IPO or secondary offering.” Smith also commented “The Company is planning to modify its current Series A Convertible Preferred stock offering to capitalize it’s Living Produce R&D and second distribution center”.
