Freedom Environmental's "The Grease Separator" Valuation Nearly $700,000 Net Present Value

ORLANDO, Fla., Feb. 2, 2010 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Freedom Environmental Services (Pink Sheets: FRDM)  announced today that its “Grease Separator” product has been valued at nearly $700,000 net present value. The company will book the newly valued asset for 2010 and disclose further details in an upcoming 8K.

Freedom Environmental Services (FRDM) entered into an Exclusive Distributorship with Absolute Grease (AG), the manufacturer, to market and sell AG's patented Grease Separator. Currently, management believes that there are few substitutes and barriers to entry into this market. FRDM will face monopolistic competition as the market for this product begins to season and mature.

“We anticipate having a competitive advantage in the marketplace as we begin the rollout the grease separator in Florida,” said CEO, Michael Borish. “FRDM plans to maintain its frontrunner status by implementing a product differentiation strategy over the next few months,” Borish also said. 

Freedom management believes, but cannot provide assurances, that the Company will begin offering the "The Grease Separator" to over 40,000 Florida restaurants this year.  “By National Restaurant Association estimates, there are over 1 million full-service restaurants nationwide, and for $700 per unit retail, this represents a huge new profit center for the company. It saves the average 'full-service' restaurant thousands of dollars in both lost time and service calls,” Borish also said.
