Freedom Environmental Acquires Florida Water Treatment Mainstay, Brownies Wastewater Solutions

Combined Companies Annual Revenue on Target to Exceed $5 Million

ORLANDO, Fla., July 22, 2010 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Freedom Environmental Services (Pink Sheets: FRDM) announced today that it has completed its "merger" with Brownies Wastewater Solutions, Inc. and its parent company, B&P Environmental Solutions, LLC, effective July 17^th 2010. Management anticipates, but cannot guarantee, that the combined company, based on year to date results, will show an excess of $5 million in revenue for the year ended December 31, 2010.

Freedom Environmental's Chief Executive Officer, Michael Borish, will continue to serve in that capacity. Brownies' Wastewater Solutions Mike Ciarlone, an 18 year veteran, will stay on as COO running the day to day operations.
