Step 1: Apply Now to Become an Exhibitor/Sponsor 2010

As an extra benefit all exhibitor/sponsors are listed on our website and linked to
yours before the event and one year after the event.

Step 2: Select a Booth Type
What are the exhibitor booth sizes?
Exhibitor booths are 10x10, 20x20, 30x30, 50x50 and include table, chairs and electrical
outlet. All additional needs and pricing for booth extras will be emailed to Exhibitor/
Sponsors three months prior to event. The booth sizes vary based on your needs and
Exhibitor/Sponsor package you purchase.

Step 3: Decide on a Payment Method
- Cashiers Check or Business Check (sent by mail along with signed contract)
- Credit Card Visa and MasterCard (with signed contract sent by mail or faxed – Credit Card can be taken over the Phone)
- Bank Wire Transfer (after signed contract is received)
Step 4: Return Signed Contract with Payment by E-mail, Mail or Fax
Each exhibitor has seven days to return the three page signed contract with payment to
retain your agreed booth location unless other arrangements have been made with
Management.

Step 5: The Exhibitor/Sponsor Information
The "Registered Exhibitor/Sponsor Kit" is filled with all the information you need to have a
successful event and it will include the "Exhibit Green!" which provides order forms for supplemental materials and/or additional services (booth furnishings, table drapes, etc.). This kit will be emailed to you three months prior to the Expo. When emailed make sure you use the information on how to "Exhibit Green" and have a "green" and sustainable show. You are responsible for reading, understanding and meeting all guidelines and compliance set forth in the "Registered Exhibitor/Sponsor Kit" provided by the Expo staff.
