ORLANDO, Fla., July 22, 2010 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Freedom Environmental Services (Pink Sheets: FRDM) announced today that it has completed its "merger" with Brownies Wastewater Solutions, Inc. and its parent company, B&P Environmental Solutions, LLC, effective July 17th 2010. Management anticipates, but cannot guarantee, that the combined company, based on year to date results, will show an excess of $5 million in revenue for the year ended December 31, 2010.

Freedom anticipates collecting 30,000 gallons of grease per month initially, which will then be shipped to Northeast's existing processing facilities to be turned into biofuel and resold. Freedom is to receive $1.80 per gallon for the grease it collects from existing commercial clients.
