WillPower & grace is a sweaty, dynamic fusion of the fitness industry’s most popular and effective group exercise programs. This workout is the ideal cardiovascular solution for mind-body practitioners. It’s equipment-free; barefoot, and infused with positive, strengthening philosophy. WillPower & grace is not just a class, it is a discipline; an easy-to-follow, linear strong and focused program for students of all levels. Through cardiovascular barefoot training we develop ankle, knee and hip stabilization to facilitate good movement and prevent injury. Over time willPower & grace will help us stand taller, walk with greater confidence, and function with agility.

10:15am-10:45am Hatha yoga for opening the heart and hips
A 30-minute hatha yoga class designed to open your heart and hips to increase flexibility. Develop a deep feeling of relaxation in your body and mind with this complete practice for peace, balance and rejuvenation.

11:00am-12:00pm Ashtanga Flow
Clear the mind and find focus and balance in this deeply meditative and fluid practice. This class will explore pranayama and the integration of movement and breath in a flowing series of postures inspired by Ashtanga Yoga. This challenging practice creates a deep internal heat, purifying the body on a cellular level, quieting the mind, awakening a dynamic internal dance and a deep sense of vibrant stillness.

12:15pm-12:45pm Yoga for deep core strengthening
Focus on breath and mental centering as you develop core strength through yoga postures targeting the abdominals and lower back muscles. Bring energy and awareness to your core while improving your posture with this challenging practice.

Explore the intricate connection between the internal and external worlds that we dwell in. Emphasizing presence of mind, this journey will encourage the seeker to explore the intimate connection between yoga and the environment.

12:15pm-1:30pm Finding your “edge” with Ahimsa (Non-Harming)
Do you compete or struggle to get into that perfect pose no matter the consequences? Learn how to find your unique edge in each pose by connecting the mind, body and breath. Find how being kind to your body and letting go of the ego enhances your practice on and off the mat. This session will be progressive in nature, appropriately paced for those new to yoga and packed with details that will challenge even the most seasoned practitioners.
